Washington Country Club

The Washington Country Club is a “hidden gem” located in Washington, PA, just 27 miles south of Pittsburgh. Found to be one of the most layout challenging golf courses in Washington County, it attracts players of all ages, genders and skill levels.

The Washington Country Club was a charter member of The West Penn Golf Association extending before the turn of the 20th Century. Back in the 1800s, the clubhouse rumored to be part of the Underground Railroad. The Washington County Golf and Country Club was incorporated in 1901, founded by prominent businessmen, professionals and community leaders. The County Golf and Country Club was known as the gathering place of Washington’s leading families.
